How it Works

How it Works

THE PROCESS

LHS will walk you through the process of selecting a model, obtaining permits, securing financing, placing an order and coordinating delivery/installation at your site.

Submitting your info to us is the first step toward getting you into your new home. This allows our in-house team to qualify your property for a proper fit.

After qualifying your property, we will reach out to schedule a site visit to confirm all qualifying info is accurate and develop an estimate of total costs.

The Deposit

The deposit is the first step toward getting you into your new home. We have financing partners ready to assist you.

Permitting

Since ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) are considered residential properties, permits are needed.

LHS will help you obtain permits and approvals from your local government and HOA.

Foundation and Site Preparation

Once permits are obtained, we can start on trenching, foundation and utilities preparations.

Preparing the land for your installation is crucial. Whether you require a custom foundation or a standard concrete base, Loomis Home Services will guide you through the entire process.

Utility Connections

This would occur after unit delivery and during installation.

Connecting your utilities is one of the final steps in the process. Once utilities are hooked up and trenches are refilled, your Casita will be ready to live in within hours.
